Delivery Information
Your order will be shipped with the utmost care. We use USPS primarily and ship as soon as possible. You will receive a tracking number when shipped if you provide your email address at checkout.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you have purchased one of our candles at a retail location, please return your unsatisfied purchase to the customer service counter at that location along with your receipt.
If you purchased from our website, please email us at roseandnest@gmx.com with pictures and a description of what you were dissatisfied with and we will handle your complaint with in 48 hours.
Because of the hand-made nature of our candles, we do not accept returns due to fragrance preference, likes or dislikes. To sample fragrances, you may purchase our 6 oz tins for any of the fragrances we offer.
